A Tacoma-based Trinity has ascended into our galaxy. Preparing us for a 7-track EP set to drop in mid-April, they bring us visuals for FLCL, the project's leading track.

Before this new drop, the trio had caught our eyes with dynamic, energy filled performances and a distinctive sound. With the ability to flip an off crowd on, (I've seen it with my own eyes), Scribe Mecca, Yodi Mac, & Wffls combine to form the force known as BADYOSHI

The Dystnct-directed visual comes to us shortly after the trio's return from their first appearance at SXSW, one of the leading interactive media and music festivals. Prior to SXSW, BADYOSHI had been featured on several stages throughout the PNW.

FLCL serves as an official introduction to their upcoming project. Backed by ominous production by CorMill, Scribe Mecca takes on the first verse with a cool disposition as a smoke session commences. His relaxed, paced flow is a suitable build up, making way for Yodi Mac's more eccentric and eager disposition. As the session takes an odd turn, the song comes to an end and we're left wondering if it was really all just a dream.

FLCL and its accompanying visual builds an anticipation for what's to come from the trio. Peep the video below and keep your eyes peeled, as BADYOSHI will be on doppler's radar for sure.
